  • Each message will clearly identify EssieStar Cleaning Service as the sender, include our contact information, and provide a functional, easy-to-use unsubscribe link or method, free of charge, operable for at least 60 days;
  • We honour unsubscribe requests promptly, within 10 business days.

Privacy Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Privacy Commissioner as required under PIPEDA.
